97.000 m²

The project is located in Baku which is the capital and largest city of Azerbaijan, as well as the largest city on the Caspian Sea and of the Caucasus region. It's a city with a written history of 2000 years. Old city has been expanded along the seashore and towards the midlands after the economic boom triggered with petrol export since the 19. century. In time, Baku has turned into a modern city, with a rapid development in the context of a globalizing world.

The project site, 1.4 km far from the Caspian Sea, is 7.245 m². The site is surrounded by Saladin Asgarova Street, Bulbul Avenue, Shamil Azizbeyov Street and Rashid Behbudov Street. It's aimed to develop and contribute to this strategical location with a prominent design. In the proposal, it's tried to balance between tradition and modern evaluating the central location and high accessibility. Thanks to this touch, the zone will be a gravity point for retail, creating attraction for residences and evaluating the sea view opportunity at the same time. 4 residential blocks rise on the retail base in the project which has 97.000 m² construction size
