167.000 m²

Maslak Max introduces a subtle monumentality and emerges on an undulating topography. The project introduces a habitable environment with two residential towers along with office, retail and social units. The volumes set along on a horizontal line which creates urban courts as well as green terraces. The two residential towers release the horizontal energy into a vertical plane and seem to attract attention from every parts of the city by their clear and powerful outlook. Maslak Eclipse prioritizes a spatial continuity and enlivens the ground level to transform into a vivid street. Retail and work places creates a certain amount of public life and feeds the pedestrian flow around it which is extremely important for Maslak. Considering the ongoing building process in this rapidly reshaping district where conspicuous singular high buildings are lack of accessibility and do not interact with its surrounding, Maslak Eclips’s contribution is fundamental in urban terms. Reaching to approximately 167.000 sq.m size, the project domesticize its density by means of regulated expansion in horizontal plane and gradual rising vertical plane. Maslak Eclipse hails the skyline while welcoming the public life with its open courtyards and street pattern on the ground.
