The project is located in Maçka which is one of the four neighbourhoods together with Teşvikiye, Osmanbey and Pangaltı within the Nişantaşı quarter of the Şişli district in Istanbul, Turkey. In the project zone there are some important buildings like Dolmabahçe Palace, Swiss Hotel, Ritz Cahrlton, Polat Residence, Maçka Palace etc. It's a luxury hotel&residence project in the silhouette of Istanbul. It's designed three blocks which don't intervene to each other's view following natural slope of the site. Each block is oriented in a different angle in order to take splendid view of Istanbul. Terrace formation and mass movements supply more liveable and fresh atmosphere to the design. It also supplies to stay away from heavy outlook. The project rises from ground to hail the sky and to be new symbol of Istanbul. The project consisting of different type of units has 58.000 m² construction area.
