An evocative project celebrating its location expressing dynamism and vibrancy, Eroğlu Mix introduces office, hotel and retail functions and searches for an idiom. Unifying and integrative forms helps to establish euphony among transparent and translucent buildings. The design is based on an idea to create a gateway to its particular area where new down town developments are likely to rise. The scheme is made up by two towers and two blocks all of which combined with a central urban square. High-rise and low rise buildings lined up on two axis each of which are honing two separate vertical geometry. Conjuring up two wings, the building groups gradually rises and laced with a sky bridge between the towers. Eroğlu Mix-Seyrantepe embodies geometrical innovations in building technologies allowing different scales and sizes are interwoven. A vanguard project in Seyrantepe where new office developments are being flourished in Istanbul, the design sets the standards to be followed in this particular part of the city. Reaching to 595 000 sq.m, Eroğlu Mix-Seyrantepe, rises as a beacon hailing the skyline of Istanbul.
