Murat Kader has outlined his views on the economic impact of housing demand and supply during the TV program that hosts several actors of real estate sector. He also elaborated the role of architecture to achieve a user-friendly housing design especially for the new-comer foreign residents. He estimated that the existing trends of housing investment will continue in Turkey, where construction still triggers the main economy.
