Premier developers, architects, interior designers and real estate agents from across Europe gathered at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London on Thursday evening (October 27nd). That evening, at 25th year of the awards, the eagerly awaited results of the European Property Awards were announced. iki design group is proud to announce the 9 awards achieved with the following projects in agenda:

Best Residential High-Rise Architecture Award and Best Retail Architecture Award with Rize Mix Project; Best Architecture Multiple Residence Award with Levazim Aktas Residences; Best Mixed-Use Architecture with Adana Mixed-Use Project; Best Office Architecture design with Vadipark Seyrantepe Office II; Best Public Service Architecture with Maltepe Yasar Kemal Cultural Centre; Best Mixed-Use Interior, Best Interior Design-Show Home and Best Development Marketing Awards with Piyalepaa Istanbul Project. They have been named among the most innovative, exceptional, and ambitious projects of the year, representing Turkey on an international stage in London, they await to collect their award later in the year.

The judging panel with 70 distinguishing members is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, Lord Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
