Senior Partner of iki design group, MArch. Murat Kader was at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park on 15th May 2019 for Asia Pacific Property Award’s Gala Dinner. iki design group competed among the best property professionals across the Asia and Pacific region to be recognised in the Best Commercial High-rise Architecture, Best Leisure Architecture, Best Public Service and Best Retail Architecture categories. The projects achieved five-star success in Asia Pacific league.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the region.
International Property Awards invited architectural companies to present their finest works and iki design group had been awarded in 4 categories at 2019-2020 cycle. As the winner of the region, Tashkent Canal Project, President Boulevard, Tashkent Tower and Aktepe Circle projects by iki design group competed against the other regional winners and finally the results revealed at the Asia Pacific Gala Dinner.
With the recent four awards received, number of iki design group’s National and International Architectural Design Awards increased to 70. Co-founder of iki design group, M.Arch Murat Kader stated that “The experience gathered from Turkey’s regeneration processes enabled us working with a comprehensive approach in a special city like Tashkent. We were aware that our projects would be awarded at Asia Pacific stage too.
