Eria Tower

Rising elegantly skywards and upholds a mild stance in contrary to the examples in its neighborhood that are rather oppressive and ambitious; Eria Tower animates the silhouette of Istanbul. The design creates a vibrant outlook while keeping its slim feature that interacts with its surrounding. From the ground level, the first several floors accommodate terraces and floor gardens to set continuity with streetscape. Soft and smoothed façade arrangements both help to avoid from heavy and suppressive display, and then bring scale and proportion to the rising of the building. Instead of monotonous and introverted order, Eria Tower gets slightly narrower upward and accelerates the vertical plane. The project seeks a powerful presence and constitutes an approximately 168 000sq.m complex offering high standard office areas to boost the business life of Istanbul. Accurate and precise lines on the façade as well as harmonious partitions result in sober feature. Eria Tower is conceived as a humble response to ongoing high-rise buildings which are in certain extend ignorant of their context. It exalts the integration with its surrounding without causing a disruption in the urban fabric.
